Fashion Royale

The royal couple of Prince William and Princess Kate arrived in Ottawa on the last day of June to begin their 10-day visit to Canada and the United States. This is their first official visit since their grand royal wedding two months ago. According to British media, the plane that the couple took was a Canadian Royal Military Aircraft. Princess Kate wears a quite symbolic Canadian branded coat and a navy suit, designed by a French designer.

Prince William and Princess Kate will visit seven cities in Canada and then head to the United States for a 2-day visit. In Canada, they participated in the July 1st National Day activities and presented a wreath to the National War Museum of Canada. Canadian Governor David Johnston will hold a welcoming ceremony for them.

Before boarding, the Princess is seen wearing a dark blue Roland Mouret skirt matched with a Smythe suit jacket with British style gold buttons. Black Manolo Blahnik high heels make her look simply elegant and the Mulberry bag she is carrying is a current favorite of many a celebrity.

As she lands in Canada, she’s in an Erdem dress whose designer Erdem Moralioglu happens to be from Canada. Both the Prime Minister’s wife and the U.S. President’s wife are fans of his also.

With a nude colored snake skin bag in hand, Princess Kate wears on her ring finger the platinum sapphire diamond ring which Princess Diana wore on her wedding day. This combination not only matches the whole look of the Princess but also highlights her distinguished status. Nude colored high heels accentuate her long slender legs.
